With a long history of practical UX experience before I started on my leadership journey, I’m passionate about providing businesses and teams with new focus and strategy to become design-led in order to meet customer needs.
I specialise in breathing new life into design teams and take pride in transforming small or non-existent, under-appreciated teams into well-respected contributors within their organisations. Even the smallest design team can make a significant impact, and it's my goal to ensure their skills and potential are fully utilised.

Team culture. Hiring and developing the right people is crucial for team success. I don't micromanage and am always ready to dive in and assist when needed.
The right resources and tools. A team can only reach their potential when they have the right tools at their disposal.
Advocating for the user in all decisions, and channelling the voice of the customer where they are rarely heard.
Accessibility and inclusivity. I'm committed to ensuring our products are accessible to as many people as possible.
